A detailed profile of behavioral tendencies in critical competencies targeted for managers

This profile is a highly detailed report of behavioral characteristics with supplemental reports available for managers, sales and customer service.

It is ideal for leadership/management training, coaching or creating the environment where others can succeed.

DiSC® PPSS will help you learn more about your own behavioral style, it's impact on others, how to adapt your behavior to interact more effectively with others, become more effective as a coach and a leader.

With the DiSC® PPSS Behavioral Profile participants respond online and receive the General Characteristics Report plus any of the supplemental reports selected. The report is emailed to the location of your choice - when you choose to receive it.

The DiSC® PPSS General Characteristics Report includes the following personalized and detailed information about behavioral tendencies:

MANAGING IN A SALES ENVIRONMENT
This report explores strategies that will help managers work with you to become a more effective sales person and team member. Areas that are addressed include: developing, motivating, giving recognition, coaching/counseling, communicating, problem solving, delegating, and decision-making.
NATURAL APPROACH TO THE SELLING PROCESS
This report describes how you are likely to approach various stages of the selling process based on your natural style. It shows how you tend to plan, open a call, interview, present, respond to concerns, gain commitment, and provide service.
