I was with Xerox Corporation for 20 years with responsibilities in operational line management (first and second levels) and in organizational development.
I have educated and coached senior leaders of organizations in strategic planning, developed and delivered leadership and management training for multiple levels of management, consulted with organizational leadership and
change agents in their efforts toward high performance transformation.
Now as President/CEO of my own corporation, I have developed an organization of professional consultants, trainers, and designers who can create new material or deliver a client's existing curriculum expertly. Since 1995 ALD, Inc . has worked with all aspects of leadership/management education, process management and change initiatives with all levels of organizations from senior leadership consulting to training entry-level employees.
Encouraging on-going learning for all people is the primary focus of ALD, Inc.'s consulting relationship with clients.

In 1989 I formed my own consulting business with a focus on management development and total quality management. Total Quality Consulting expanded into a nation wide network of consultants, building a client base of large corporate customers as well as small manufacturing and personal service organizations. Total Quality Consulting specialized in enabling high performance organizations, utilizing a systems approach to change and transformation of cultures.
Prior to that, I was with Xerox Corporation for 18 years in positions ranging from first and middle management in field operations to marketing and director of management development & training. I have designed programs, worked with renowned consultants in the development of management training programs, consulted in the design and implementation of high performance work teams, and enabling high performance work systems.
Since 1995, I has been affiliated with Association for Leadership Development, Inc. as a senior consultant. I have been published in the Quality Digest magazine on one of my favorite topics, empowerment. I call it: Empowerment – An Enabling Process - and I like to talk about it!
