Hope everyone had a wonderful July 4th celebration! It’s such a great holiday – family, friends, food, music and fireworks – our small community fireworks barge caught fire this year, so we didn’t get a finale and it just wasn’t complete without that last explosion of color.

The ultimate goal of training and development has always been to achieve permanent, measurable improvements in performance that have a positive impact on business results.

For decades, executives and HR professionals have pursued this goal.
