Overview: This course will examine the Sales Manager’s role and duties. Five keys to coaching success will be examined and practiced. We will provide coaching and counseling tips and a Coaching By-the-Numbers chart will be presented to show the what, when and how’s of coaching. Positive and negative coaching experiences from the group will be discussed and examined by the facilitator.
This course will involve several “real life” coaching simulations for participants to practice and hone their coaching skills.
A specific leadership implementation plan for a Customer Focused Sales approach will be presented and discussed.
